Tear out the tabs from your ABC journal. Press down on the spiral with one hand to hold it for leverage, then tear one tab sheet out at a time.
Then start coloring in the letters and add whatever embellishments you'd like.
Once you've got your tabs colored, then cut along the dotted line.
Next fold each tab in half so you can sandwich them on either side of the page you're attaching them to.
Simply glue the back of each tab, sandwiching it over the page and pressing it together. You can add a strip of wash tape over it on the page to reinforce it in place.
Stagger the tabs so that you can see the next one. If you align 4 and repeat throughout the rest, then they'll even out so there's not too much bulk in any one area.

Share your progress!
Once you get going, please share your ABC pages on the ABC Community Boards. Share your "A" page in the comments section of the "A is for..." post. Share your "B" page under the comments section of the "B is for..." post, etc. That way the letters stay organized for other readers to get ideas for a particular letter.
