The vibrant colors of spring inspire us in many ways, including themes for our BQ journals. The Spring Showers trio set provides us with several options for rainy day pages. The umbrella is fun to decorate in a variety of ways!
If you're feeling melancholy on stormy days, there are scriptures reminding us that these moods are temporary and our refuge in the Lord is eternal.
I found some raindrop washi tape to use for the border and used some floral stickers to embellish the umbrella.
For a little more splash, I added some rain boots to the other two templates.
One is open and the other has stitch lines dividing the page for you.
I used the 8.5 x 11 version to add this stitched one into my Monthly Bible Quilt Journal.
I started with searching for verses on rain while I was sitting outside enjoying a gentle rain.
Then I incorporated a verse from our 30 Days of Redemption series and finished it out with verses on being cleansed. I loved this one that tied all these loose threads together:
"You heavens above, RAIN down my righteousness; let the CLOUDS SHOWER it down. Let the earth open wide, let salvation SPRING up, let righteousness flourish with it. I, the Lord, have created it." Isaiah 45:8
I'm excited to see what creative themes you pursue for these spring-y templates! Please share in the Comments below or in our BQ Facebook group.

Once you've done an April Showers page, then you may be motivated to do a May Flowers like @francarona did:
