I gained a new "pen pal" this week and had fun sending a #biblequiltjournal on an adventure to the United Kingdom. Looking forward to hearing about its safe arrival!
Hi, I live in Perranporth, Cornwall, U.K.. I saw one of your quilts on Pinterest and thought that it was what I’ve been looking for to help me. I get ‘brain fog ‘ most of the time and have difficulty reading, comprehension and memory, as part of ME/CFS, so have very little energy. I used to be creative but struggle even with that, I bought a journaling Bible which I’m very slowly working on.
i enjoy making cards, sewing, knitting etc. Currently crocheting a shawl for a friend, but Im always changing interests. I thought that Dianna‘s quilting was an added dimension which could be really helpful.
Im divorced, which im still very hurt from. 3 grown up children, with middle child (30 years old, who has ASD) left to help me, he’s a really wonderful young man but not a Christian anymore.
i look forward to seeing what you’re all doing; I’m very impressed with what I’ve seen so far.
Happy to have you along on this journey in the Word with us, Susan! May this community offer hope through sharing pretty pages and extend the love of Christ through encouraging comments. 🧡
