This Beatitudes template was designed as a supplement to the Bible Quilt Journal. it's formatted with a starter word, "Blessed," to help with memorization. The narrow vertical space on the lefthand side works great for some beautiful washi tape!
 
Matthew 5:3-10
"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those that mourn, for they shall be comforted.
Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the sons of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
 
This pdf includes two sizes of the template. Download the file and print out on a sheet of card stock. Cut to fit your 7 x 10 BQ journal or trim slightly to put in your 8.5 x 11-size Monthly BQJ. Use a glue stick to attach to journal pages and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.
