This Refresh template was designed by my sis-in-law as a supplement for the Bible Quilt® journal. It can be a seasonal page for hot summer days or as an inspiration for developing healthy habits.
 
Maybe your spirit is just plain parched during this current phase of life? We can often become weary carrying the emotional weight of this world. This template can be used to gather up scriptures to renew our spirits and refresh our perspectives.
 
Download the file and print out on a sheet of card stock. Cut to fit a 7 x 10 Bible Quilt® journal page. Use a glue stick or other adhesive to attach it to the page and reinforce edges with washi tape if desired.  
 
Photos in listings show examples of ways to decorate templates, but I encourage you to harvest your own verses and personalize these templates in your own style.
